“We are an international team of 8 passionate Interior Stylists with one common goal: to excite and inspire our customers to create the most beautiful home.
Creating a dream home does not happen overnight — it’s a process that requires time, patience and a little help from the experts. Here we are! Thriving to show our customers new decoration ideas, new trends, texture combinations and furniture arrangements every day. Home is about comfort and emotions — with our work we provide our customers a canvas of inspiration and ideas on how to bring their interiors to life and how to create an individual style, complemented by Westwing products.
We are a part of the Content Production team in Marketing and we make the magic happen! We work closely with Photographers, Video Producers and Creative Producers, delivering exciting content for our website and Social Media channels. Our main stakeholders are the onsite as well as Marketing teams such as Social Media or PR. We also support a lot in presenting our own Westwing Collection products offline, such as on events.
No day is like another! It can be a full day of creative brainstorming within the team, a day of in-house studio or external production or a homestory abroad — this is what makes our job fun and exciting day by day. However, last minute changes or requests can be super tricky! Therefore I would say, flexibility is one of our key qualifications.”
We asked two team members what they love about their job:
“Hi, I am Clara, I started at Westwing 4 years ago and I am a Lead Stylist by now. Every week at Westwing is different and I love it — I have worked on various projects so far and one of the most memorable ones was shooting ICONS by Westwing Collection with 10 incredible VIPs in Soho House in Rome. It was a challenging, but at the same time unforgettable experience and I was super proud to see the result of my work across all our channels. Team spirit is what makes Westwing a special and exciting company. For me it feels like a group of friends working together. We exchange, support and learn from each other a lot on a daily basis.”
“Hi, I am Léa and I am originally from France. I joined the Interior Stylist’s team at Westwing around two and a half years ago. As a newly arrived in Germany, I was happy to find an international team being able to speak English at work.The highlight of my job is undoubtedly the Homestory productions, as I love to travel, meet new people from every horizon and discover their worlds. Recently I’ve been to Milan and Madrid, with Paris next on the horizon.What I love about our job is its ever-changing nature — not one production is like another and each week is different. Every production has a different team which gives the opportunity to work and exchange with diverse creative minds and try out new exciting ideas. Even if our Styling team is not often together (due to productions), we have built a very strong bond between us. Working alongside such an inspiring, creative and cheerful team is a real pleasure. We are always very much looking forward to our team event. It’s a special time for us to come together, we have a lot to talk about and share our common passion for good food and drinks.”
